2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
l89s reserves the right to request your national ID or other supporting documents at any time as part of the identity verification (KYC) process. If the required documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
l89s offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit only.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.
3.3 General Bonus Terms
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- If wagering is not completed within a specified time period after a bonus is issued, the bonus may be cancelled.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and winnings in the relevant account will be forfeited.
- l89s reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
3.4 VIP Program
The l89s VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). You can advance to a higher tier by playing regularly and staying active. l89s reserves the right to change VIP benefits and cashback rates.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Accepted deposit methods on l89s are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. You may only use a payment method registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (same bKash/Nagad/Rocket number or bank account).
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- In the case of any unusual or suspicious transactions, l89s may place withdrawals on hold for investigation purposes.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on l89s are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
Betting & Game Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets on l89s are settled according to the displayed odds and rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless l89s declares the bet void due to a technical error.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game result becomes uncertain due to a software or hardware error, l89s reserves the right to declare the relevant bet void and refund the stake. l89s is not obliged to pay any abnormal winnings displayed as a result of an error.
5.3 Sports Betting
Settlement of bets on sports markets is based on the official result of the relevant event. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. If a match is played to 90% or more of its scheduled duration, it may be considered complete — specific market-based special rules apply.
5.4 Live Casino & Slots
Live casino and slots games are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe). The relevant provider's rules may also apply to these games.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89s platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
- Fraudulent activity or collusion (syndicate betting) for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
- Using hacking, scripting, bots, or automated software to gain an advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Harassing, intimidating, or disrespecting other users.
- Using a false identity or forged documents.

If any of the above activities are proven, l89s may close the account without notice and forfeit all balances and winnings. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure

l89s may temporarily suspend any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, during an investigation, or for security reasons. No betting, deposits, or withdrawals can be made during the suspension period.
7.2 Closure by the User
You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting the l89s support team. Any ongoing bets must be settled and any applicable wagering completed before the account is closed. Any valid balance can be withdrawn.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally twelve months or more), l89s may take action in accordance with its inactivity policy. The user will be notified by email in advance.
Responsible Gaming
